In a world where magic determines your status, Mash Burnedead lacks magical powers. To live peacefully, he wants to become a Divine Visionary at Easton Magic Academy. Even though he has no magic, Mash joins the school, determined to show that strength can be more powerful than magic.
They announced an anime version in July 2022, made by A-1 Pictures and directed by Tomoya Tanaka. The first season aired from April 8 to July 1, 2023, with cool themes like “Knock Out” and “Shū Cream Funk.” The second season, “Mashle: Magic and Muscles – The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam,” started on January 6, 2024, featuring themes “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” and “Tokyo’s Way.”
Aniplex of America shared an English version at Anime Expo on July 3, 2022. Crunchyroll began streaming on February 21, 2023, and the English dub premiered on May 26. Medialink has the series license in Asia-Pacific.
